Seal Craft, LLC designs, assembles, and supports specialized ice and swift water rescue craft for fire departments, search and rescue teams, law enforcement, and emergency management agencies.
Seal Craft, LLC is a small business based in Devils Lake, North Dakota, focused on one mission: getting rescue teams safely across the water and ice conditions that stop conventional boats.
Our platform is built around a patent-pending thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) inflatable hull, configured with either a quiet air drive for ice rescue or a jet drive for swift water and flood response. Every unit goes through final assembly and inspection in Devils Lake. We deliver across the United States and have a distributor in Canada.

Patent Pending
Our design includes five patent-pending features developed specifically for extreme ice and water conditions, including a low center of gravity, a specialized ice brake, and an ergonomic steering console.
3,000 Denier / -140°F
A patent-pending 3,000-denier TPU hull rated to -140°F, with over-inflation safety valves and an internal bladder system. TPU offers greater abrasion, chemical, and temperature resistance than traditional PVC or Hypalon inflatables, and it flexes over rough terrain instead of breaking.
Under 85 dB
The air drive operates below 85 dB, well under traditional airboats at 100+ dB. Crews can communicate during operations, and the craft can be used where noise restrictions apply.
No Exposed Prop
Jet propulsion eliminates exposed propellers, giving swift water teams shallow water access and safer navigation through debris fields and flood conditions.
Trailer Included
Every package includes a custom trailer, so units arrive ready to launch.
3-Year Craft
3-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the craft, plus a 1-year warranty on air drive engine components. Jet drive outboards have their own manufacturer warranty.
