Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Seal Craft LLC (“Seal Craft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the sealcraftUSA.com website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or submit any information through our contact forms. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, design elements, software, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), is the exclusive property of Seal Craft LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Patent-Pending Technology
Seal Craft products incorporate five (5) patent-pending features and innovations. All designs, specifications, technical information, and related intellectual property are proprietary to Seal Craft LLC.
Restrictions on Use
You may not, without our express written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any Content on the Site
- Distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, or sell any Content
- Use any Content for commercial purposes
- Download or use images, photographs, product descriptions, or specifications for any purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary information about our products
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect information from the Site
User-Generated Content on Third-Party Platforms
While users cannot post content directly to our Site, you may post reviews or tag our social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). By doing so on those third-party platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes. We are not responsible for content posted on third-party platforms.
Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including:
- Browsing information about Seal Craft products
- Submitting inquiries through our contact form
- Signing up for our email communications
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Seal Craft or any third party
- Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site

Product Information and Sales

We strive to provide accurate product information on our Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Geographic Availability
Seal Craft products are currently available for sale and delivery within the United States and Canada only.
No Direct Online Sales

Product Warranty
Seal Craft products are covered by the following limited warranty:
- Engine Components: One (1) year warranty against defects
- Manufacturing Defects: Three (3) years warranty against manufacturing defects on the craft

This warranty is subject to proper use, maintenance, and care of the product according to Seal Craft’s instructions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
We do not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The information on the Site is accurate, reliable, or complete
- Any defects will be corrected
- The Site or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEAL CRAFT LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seal Craft LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) and service providers (Google Analytics, MailJet). Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Devils Lake, North Dakota, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at info@sealcraftUSA.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within thirty (30) days.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Seal Craft.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seal Craft regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Assignment
